The terms My Music Vault, mymusicvault.net and 'we' refer to all entities involved with the development and maintenance of this site and its operations.

General
My Music Vault is not responsible for your actions or the actions of others on this site. My Music Vault developed this site for its members to sell THEIR songs 's, music files, Digital Media, or any other Media type to other members. My Music Vault is not responsible for your listing or the payment of any listing from another member.

Copyrights
If any copyright laws are violated on My Music Vault the member that lists the product will be held FULLY responsible for all legal issues. My Music Vault makes its best effort to screen all songs prior to them being available to the public but it cannot guarantee the ownership of any/all amateur made songs or even professionally made songs. You are not allowed to sell songs of any kind on this site that you do not legally own the resell rights for or copyrights for. Simply put, if you do not own the song, or you did not make the song, you cannot sell it on our site.

Payments
My Music Vault will collect payments for all downloadable products and will forward appropriate funds to each member each month based on what is due. My Music Vault will also collect a fee per transaction that is subject to change at anytime without notice. The current fee is set at 15% of the sale price.

This system may change at anytime as well.

Terms
Violation of any of our terms, or for any other legitamate reason, My Music Vault has the full right to cancel your membership without a refund and ban you from the site. Legitatimate reasons will be determined by My Music Vault. If an illegal act is commited, such as selling illegal songs, My Music Vault will prosecute to the fullest and report to the authorities. Terms may be added to this page at anytime without notice. Your membership and your listings are subject to all of the terms on this page and any other term found on this site at all times.

Privacy
My Music Vault may send out newsletters and statements via email, phone, or postage mail at anytime during your membership or even shortly after your membership has expired or been cancelled. Automated notifications of interested buyers are also sent to listers email addresses.

Disputes
If you have a dispute with My Music Vault, you have to contact a representive to discuss the situation. If you still feel you have dispute, it will be settled in arbitration court at as much your expense as possible.
